STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

   Any person with special needs or disabilities meeting the following criteria and submitting the appropriate forms may be eligible.

Examples of special needs or disabilities include:

• Amputees

• Autism

• Cerebral Palsy

• Down Syndrome

• Emotional Impairment

• Head Trauma

• Hearing Impairment

• Learning Disabilities

• Mental Retardation

• Neuralmuscular Disorders

• Sensory Integrative Dysfunction

• Spina Bifida

• Spinal Cord Injury

• Stroke

• Visual Impairment

• Must weigh less than 185 pounds to ride
